Setting up data file backup

Open the PrintPoint Server > Maintenance Tab
Configuration Tab
We will come back to the Scheduler tab at the end.
Change setting to match the screenshot below.
Enable "Data File"
Disable "Structure File"
"Add foler..." - link this to your "PrintPoint Data Folder"
Click the "..." in the "Backup File Destination Folder" area and navigate to your "PrintPoint Backups" folder
Enable "Use Log File", do not change the name, make sure it is saving in the "PrintPoint Data Folder"
Backup & Restore Tab
Enable "Cancel the operation after [3] attempts" and change the number in the box to "3"
Scheduler
Change the dropdown menu to "Every Day"
Set the time in the box to be right after your system wide backups (time is shown in 24 hour format)
