1. File Menu > Admin Dashboard

All PrintPoint windows (other than the navigator) must be closed to access the Admin Dashboard.

2. Select Users & Groups

3. Double click the user you would like to make changes to.

3. Open the user record.

4. Find "RFQ Alerts" in the list on the right side. Double click the group to move it from the "Not a member of..." list(right side) to the "Member of..." list(left side).
